PRICING POLICY All our products are priced in pounds steirling and include UK V.A.T
METHOD OF PAYMENT You can make payment using any major credit or debit card.
CARD SECURITY The upmost care is taken to ensure your card details are secure. This is done by encrypting your card details at the time you place your order. It is imperative that you type your name exactly as it appears on the card, and your address exactly as shown on your statement.
NEVER E- MAIL YOUR CARD DETAILS TO US. No responability can be taken for the security of your card details if sent in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosicution in all cases, without execption.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return them and receive a full refund provided that: A.) The goods are returned to: Seven Exclusive Menswear 7, York Street Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 2DH within 14 days of your order being deliveried to you.
B.) The goods are returned in their original condition, have not been damaged, washed, altered or excesivley worn and include the original packaging and any related accessories, manuals or instruction books ect. We will provide you with a full refund to the card used when placing the order within 14 days of us receiving the goods in accordance with paragraph A & B. Seven Exclusive Menswear is under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for goods that do not comply with paragraph A & B ( not withstanding your statutory rights.)
EXCHANGES Simply follow the procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange ( in accordance with paragraph A & B) you may purchase the new item at any time as a seperate transaction.
REFUNDS All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase, please allow 14 days for the refund to credit your account.
FAULTY GOODS If goods are returned due to being faulty, a full refund , re-placement , or exchange will be availible on comfirmation of the fault, Plus the cost of P&P (equal to the original P&P cost incurred by us , unless proof of postage is supplied) and any other costs that have incurred as a direct result of faulty goods being supplied.(providing proof is supplied)
CANCELATION RIGHTS You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. the 14 days start when you receive the goods.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse through our on-line catalogue using the " catogory" or "shop by brand" menus.
Alternitivly you can use the "search" facility to find all items that are relivant to the search phrase used.
To examine goods in more detail, click on the "thumbnail" image. This will enlarge the product image as well as giving you more/larger pictures of your chosen product. use the zoom feature (simply drag the cursor over the image) to get detailed images of your chosen product.
You can add items to your "basket" at any time as you browse, simply click the "Buy Now" button. This will display your "Basket" containing the item(s) added and allows you to return to the catologue "Continue Shopping" or to finish shopping and pay, simply click the "Go to Checkout".
Your choices can be reveiwed at any time by selecting "Basket" at the top of the page.
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the goods you select from our on-line store. All orders are subject to availibility and will not be a binding contract of sale until exepted by us .

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If there is a problem with the stock you ordered, you will be notified within 48 hours and will be entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to find a suitable re-placement if you so wish.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your card will debited when you place the order, as is the case with most on-line stores, or high street shops. In the unlikely event that we cannot supply the item you purchased, you will be entitled to a full refund on the card used in the original sale to the full value of that item. please allow 14days for refunds to credit your account.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERIED?
In most cases your goods will be with you the day after you placed your order, ( provided that your order is received before 3pm, and you live within mainland UK). All orders placed after this time will be picked and packed the following day and be sent on the same day for next day delivery (2 days) Next day delivery can only be offered to customers living in mainland uk, Some parts of Scotland and Ireland will take an extra day to receive deliveries. All orders from customers living outside the UK will take 3-5days for delivery
All Tracking numbers and details will be sent along with your order comfirmation. A Signiture will be required in all cases, your goods cannot be deliveried to any other address or signed for by anyone but the card holder.
